These terms govern your use of https://bhpay.ltd (the "Website"), operated by BHPAY PAYMENT LIMITED ("BHPAY", "we", "us"), incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80783393). By using the Website you accept these terms.

1. Nature of our services

BHPAY provides trade supply services: factory matching, sample coordination, production oversight, quality inspection and shipping arrangement for home goods and apparel. The Website presents representative product programmes and general information; it is not a retail store and no goods are sold directly through the Website.

2. Enquiries and quotations

• Quotations provided through the Website or by email are indicative until confirmed in a written purchase confirmation signed by both parties.
• Product images on the Website illustrate programme types and materials; final products follow the approved sample and written specification.
• We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

3. Contracts

A binding supply contract is formed only upon signature of a written purchase confirmation or service agreement. These Website terms do not replace such contracts; in case of conflict, the signed contract prevails.

4. Intellectual property

• All Website content — text, images, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to BHPAY and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• Client-provided designs, tech packs and brand assets remain the property of the client; we use them solely to perform the agreed services and protect them under confidentiality.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website (including automated scraping, interference with security features, or submission of unlawful or fraudulent enquiry content).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHPAY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or reliance on its general content. Liability for supply services is governed exclusively by the signed contract for those services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless a signed contract provides otherwise.

We may revise these terms at any time; the current version is posted on this page with the update date shown above. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.
