Quality Inspection
Independent pre-shipment inspection against AQL standards, plus lab-test coordination, before goods leave the factory.
Before your goods leave the factory, our inspectors run a statistical sample check against your signed-off golden sample and the agreed AQL level: workmanship, measurements, colour, packing, labelling and on-site function tests.
You receive a full report with photographs and a clear pass / fail / pending recommendation. If a batch fails, we manage the rework and re-inspection cycle with the factory at no inspection fee for the re-check. For regulated markets we also coordinate third-party lab testing (flammability, REACH, CPSIA and similar) well before shipment date.
